We were fortunate enough to have been visited by the National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth, who brought their roadshow to us!  We had an amazing day, learning all about marine life and what we can do to conserve it.  Becky, from the NMA, gave us the opportunity to immerse ourselves into the ocean using Virtual Reality headsets, where we could see the amazing animals and plants that thrive around our coasts.  We also became scientists for the morning, testing the acidity and alkalinity of different liquids from water to lemon juice.

As a whole school, we learnt how we can help reduce pollution into our oceans and environments by re-using, recycling and reducing the amounts of carbon-producing products that we use every day.
