As we are currently limited to short contact times during drop-off and pick-up times with parents and carers, if there is anything that you need to inform us about your child, please make a note of it in their pink Home-to-School book.

 

If they have any existing injuries, please complete the form below so that we can keep a record of it and make sure that all practitioners are aware of it.
