Welcome to Boyton Primary School!
We are a small village school with 50 children split across 3 classes. We have recently opened our own Nursery with 5 children currently on role. In Class 1, we have 20 children in Reception through to Year 2. In Class 2 we have 25 children in Year 3 through to Year 6. We have fantastic facilities for a small school, including current information technology equipment and wonderful outdoor space. The reputation of the school is growing rapidly and we are rapidly becoming full!
We had our most recent Ofsted inspection in October 2015. It was a 2 day inspection and the inspector gave a 'good' grading in all categories and good overall. This is a testament to the children and staff of our school who constantly strive to be the best they can! We were proud that we are one of only a handful of schools that go up 2 categories in successive Ofsted inspections.
In our most recent parental questionnaire, 100% of parents indicated that they would recommend us to another family as a great place to send a child to school. We work really hard together to achieve this and are constantly striving to provide the best possible educational experience we offer the children.
Our motto is; Learning Together, Determined to Succeed, Respecting Differences.
This completely encapsulates what we are all about and this ethos statement was created by the children and the School Council. It reflects our high expectations and the value we put on learning and achievement at all levels.
As a staff and community, we are proud of our school and most importantly all of the children who come here. We are a hard working and happy school and would welcome anyone to come and visit and experience us for themselves.
